  • Lunge Punch Attack - Jodan

  • 1. Rising block (left), reverse punch.
  • 2. Rising block (right), right leg withdrawl to a cat stance, side snap kick (right), elbow strike (right).
  • 3. Straight rising block (left) at 45 degree angle, outside elbow strike to the neck.
  • 4. X-block (right leg back), round house kick (right), spinning elbow (left).
  • Lunge Punch Attack - Chudan

  • 1. Outside block (left), reverse punch.
  • 2. Outside block (right, elbow strike (right).
  • 3. Inside block (left),jab (left), reverse punch.
  • 4. Knife-hand block (left) at a 45 degree angle, round kick, spear hand thrust..
  • Front Kick Attack

  • 1. Down block (left), reverse punch.
  • 2. Reverse form down block (right), jab to back of head, reverse punch to back.
  • 3. X-block (left leg back), step forward to X-strike to neck.
  • 4. Down block (right) draw back into a cat stance, left hand straight knife hand block, step forward front stance with right elbow.
