- 1-on-1 kumite with black belts judges
2-on-2 kumite with black belt judges
UKEMI
WAZA:
- Combination of falling techniques
NAGAE
WAZA:
- Combination of throwing and sweeping techniques
KANSETSU
WAZA:
- Joint locking techniques
GOSHIN JITSU WAZA:
- (4) one-on-one
- (2) two-on-one
- (2) ground techniques
- (2) weapon defenses
- (2) submission holds
JIYYU
GOSHIN JITSU:
- Attacks and Grabs from surrounding opponents.
QUESTIONS:
- Candidates will be required to verbally answer questions presented
by the panel of judges
WRITTEN EXAMINATION
- A written examination will be administered.
CHARACTER
- You will be
evaluated for good spirit, a positive attitude, courtesy towards others,
fitness, and class participation. Strong kiai(s),
a clean heavy weight uniform and straight eye focus are a must!
